01 "An Act relating to locations of the meetings of the Board of Fisheries."                                               
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 16.05.300(b) is repealed and reenacted to read:                                                    
04            (b)  In addition to the requirements for meetings in (a) of this section, if the                             
05       Board of Fisheries holds a meeting where the only topic or proposal being considered                              
06       at the meeting relates to one of the following regional areas, then the board shall hold                          
07       the meeting in that regional area:                                                                                
08                 (1)  Alaska Peninsula and Aleutian Islands area;                                                        
09                 (2)  Arctic-Yukon-Kuskokwim area;                                                                       
10                 (3)  Bristol Bay area;                                                                                  
11                 (4)  Cook Inlet area;                                                                                   
12                 (5)  Kodiak and Chignik area;                                                                           
13                 (6)  Prince William Sound area;                                                                         
14                 (7)  Southeast Alaska area.
