00 SENATE BILL NO. 291 01 "An Act relating to law enforcement officers issuing administrative search warrants to 02 assist in investigating Internet crimes against children." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 12.35 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Article 2. Administrative Subpoenas. 06 Sec. 12.35.200. Administrative subpoenas involving Internet Crimes 07 Against Children. A law enforcement officer may issue a subpoena duces tecum to 08 any person the officer believes may have information or documents regarding a 09 suspected crime involving the use of the Internet and directed at a person under 18 10 years of age. A person issued a subpoena under this section shall appear at the date 11 and time requested in the subpoena and supply the information or documents 12 requested.
