01 "An Act extending the termination date for the State Physical Therapy and                                               
02 Occupational Therapy Board; and providing for an effective date."                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(16) is amended to read:                                                              
05                 (16)  State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board                                             
06       (AS 08.84.010) - June 30, 2014 [2006];                                                                        
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
