AS 08.86.180(d) is amended to read: 06 (d) Nothing in this section prohibits a licensed clinical social worker, a 07 licensed marital and family therapist, or a licensed professional counselor from 08 holding out to the public by a title or description of services incorporating the words 09 "psychoanalysis," "psychoanalyst," "psychotherapy," "psychotherapist," or 10 "psychotherapeutic."
