00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 43                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 12, relating to the prohibition or elimination of                               
03 financial relationships with persons that conduct business in countries that support or                                 
04 ignore slavery and trafficking in persons.                                                                              
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 12, relating to                       
09 the prohibition or elimination of financial relationships with persons that conduct business in                         
10 countries that support or ignore slavery and trafficking in persons.
