00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 73, relating to a lease-purchase agreement for                                  
03 the construction, equipping, and financing of a state virology laboratory in Fairbanks to                               
04 be operated by the Department of Health and Social Services; relating to the issuance of                                
05 certificates of participation for the laboratory; relating to the use of certain investment                             
06 income for certain construction and equipment costs for the laboratory.                                                 
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 73, relating to a                     
11 lease-purchase agreement for the construction, equipping, and financing of a state virology                             
12 laboratory in Fairbanks to be operated by the Department of Health and Social Services;                                 
13 relating to the issuance of certificates of participation for the laboratory; relating to the use of                    
14 certain investment income for certain construction and equipment costs for the laboratory.
