01 Relating to reestablishing the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force.

03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
04      That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force established by                                        
05 Legislative Resolve 52, Twenty-Third Alaska State Legislature, is reestablished; and                                    
06      That the original members of the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force                               
07 shall serve on the reestablished task force unless the member resigns from the task force or is                         
08 jointly removed from the task force by the president of the senate and speaker of the house of                          
09 representatives; and                                                                                                    
10      That a vacancy arising in the membership of the Alaska Information Infrastructure                                  
11 Policy Task Force shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment to the vacant                          
12 position; and                                                                                                           
13      That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force shall submit a final                                  
14 report of its findings, the long-term infrastructure plan, and any draft legislation the task force                     
15 finds necessary to meet the identified long-term infrastructure needs of the state to the                               
16 legislature by the first day of the Second Regular Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State                             
17 Legislature; and                                                                                                        

01      That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force is terminated not later                               
02 than the first day of the Second Regular Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature.
