00                 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6 am S                                                                 
01 Relating to reestablishing the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force.                                     
02 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03       That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force established by                                       
04 Legislative Resolve 52, Twenty-Third Alaska State Legislature, is reestablished; and                                    
05       That the original members of the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force                              
06 shall serve on the reestablished task force unless the member resigns from the task force or is                         
07 jointly removed from the task force by the president of the senate and speaker of the house of                          
08 representatives; and                                                                                                    
09       That a vacancy arising in the membership of the Alaska Information Infrastructure                                 
10 Policy Task Force shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment to the vacant                          
11 position; and                                                                                                           
12       That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force shall submit a final                                 
13 report of its findings, the long-term infrastructure plan, and any draft legislation the task force                     
14 finds necessary to meet the identified long-term infrastructure needs of the state to the                               
15 legislature by the first day of the Second Regular Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State                             
16 Legislature; and                                                                                                        

01       That the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force is terminated not later                              
02 than the first day of the Second Regular Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature.
