00 HOUSE BILL NO. 3006 01 "An Act making an appropriation to study the feasibility of a spur line from a gas 02 pipeline in this state; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department 05 of Natural Resources to study the feasibility of a spur line from a gas pipeline in this state. 06 * Sec. 2. The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under 07 AS 37.25.020. 08 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
