05    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 24(d), ch. 109, SLA                         
06 1998, is amended to read:                                                                                               
07            (d) The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority may issue bonds                                   
08       to finance the development of [CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE]                                           
09       Hatcher Pass [SKI RESORT, PHASE 1], located in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough,                                     
10       or may finance the project by other means available to the authority. The principal                               
11       amount of the bonds and other financing provided by the authority may not exceed                                  
12       $25,000,000 [$15,000,000].
