01 "An Act making an appropriation for the construction of the Palmer Senior Citizen                                       
02 Center; and providing for an effective date."                                                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC                                                       
05 DEVELOPMENT. The sum of $3,700,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                         
06 Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development for payment as a grant                                      
07 under AS 37.05.315 to the City of Palmer for construction of the Palmer Senior Citizen                                  
08 Center.                                                                                                                 
09    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
