00 HOUSE BILL NO. 327 01 "An Act relating to disclosure of confidential or privileged information to officials for 02 review in their official capacities by the Departments of Health and Social Services and 03 Administration." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. AS 47.10.092 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 06 (f) Each department shall respond to a request made by an official identified 07 under (a) of this section within five days after receiving the request by providing 08 access to all or part of the information requested or by providing the specific citation 09 to a federal law that prohibits disclosure of all or part of the information requested.
