01 "An Act relating to club alcoholic beverage licenses."                                                                  
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 04.11.110(h) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (h)  In this section, "member" means a holder of paid-up membership entitling                                
05       the holder to                                                                                                     
06                 (1)  all voting rights and privileges of membership under the                                       
07       constitution, articles of incorporation, or bylaws of the club or organization; or                        
08                 (2)  limited or no voting rights but to privileges that are the same as                             
09       or comparable to those of full voting members under the constitution, articles of                             
10       incorporation, or bylaws of the club or organization; the membership fee paid                                 
11       must be equal to or greater than that paid by a member described under (1) of                                 
12       this subsection.
