01 "An Act requiring an actionable claim against the state to be tried without a jury."                                    
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 09.50.250 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
04            (b)  An actionable claim against the state under (a) of this section shall be tried                          
05       by a court without a jury.
