04    * Section 1.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 9, ch. 71, SLA 2002,                       
05 is amended to read:                                                                                                     
06            Sec. 9.  TERMINATION OF THE COMMISSION.  The Navigable Waters                                                
07       Commission for Alaska is terminated September 18, 2006 [TWO YEARS AFTER                                       
08       THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT].                                                                                  
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
