AS 40.25.140(b) is amended to read: 04 (b) Records of a public [ELEMENTARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL] 05 library described under (a) of this section identifying a [MINOR] child under 18 06 years of age shall be made available on request to a parent or guardian of that child.
