Enrolled SB 264: Repealing the time limitation on the authority of the Department of Natural Resources to enter into agreements with a person or persons desiring to own an oil or natural gas pipeline proposed to be located on state land for the purposes of providing for payment of the reasonable costs incurred in preparing for activities before receipt of an application under the Alaska Right-of-Way Leasing Act; and providing for an effective date.

01 Repealing the time limitation on the authority of the Department of Natural Resources to enter

04 reasonable costs incurred in preparing for activities before receipt of an application under the                        
05 Alaska Right-of-Way Leasing Act; and providing for an effective date.

07    * Section 1.  AS 38.35.145(c) is repealed.                                                                         
08    * Sec. 2.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                         
09 read:                                                                                                                   
10       RETROACTIVITY.  Section 1 of this Act is retroactive to December 31, 2003.                                        
11    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
