02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 14.17.460(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (a)  For purposes of calculating a district's adjusted ADM under                                             
05       AS 14.17.410(b)(1), the district cost factor for a school district is as follows:
