01 "An Act relating to boating safety; repealing secs. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, 27,                         
02 and 30, ch. 28, SLA 2000; and providing for an effective date."                                                         
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Sections 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, 27, and 30, ch. 28, SLA 2000, are                   
05 repealed.                                                                                                               
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
