00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 36                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 262, relating to accounting for and                                              
03 appropriations of receipts from fees collected by the Department of Labor and                                           
04 Workforce Development for certain inspections and for certain plumbing and electrical                                   
05 worker certificates of fitness, establishing a building safety account, and providing for                               
06 an effective date.                                                                                                      
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 262, relating to                       
11 accounting for and appropriations of receipts from fees collected by the Department of Labor                            
12 and Workforce Development for certain inspections and for certain plumbing and electrical                               
13 worker certificates of fitness, establishing a building safety account, and providing for an                            
14 effective date.
