00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 439, relating to removing provisions providing an                                
03 opportunity to petition for review of proposed or final consistency determinations under                                
04 the Alaska coastal zone management program; and limiting the authority of the Alaska                                    
05 Coastal Policy Council to order a coastal resource district or a state agency to take                                   
06 action with respect to a proposed or final consistency determination.                                                   
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 439, relating to                       
11 removing provisions providing an opportunity to petition for review of proposed or final                                
12 consistency determinations under the Alaska coastal zone management program; and limiting                               
13 the authority of the Alaska Coastal Policy Council to order a coastal resource district or a state                      

01 agency to take action with respect to a proposed or final consistency determination.
