01 "An Act relating to an aggravating factor at sentencing for terrorism."                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 12.55.155(c) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
04                 (30)  the defendant's criminal conduct involved the use of force or                                     
05       violence against persons or property and was designed to                                                          
06                      (A)  intimidate or coerce a civilian population;                                                   
07                      (B)  influence the policy of a government by intimidation or                                       
08            coercion;                                                                                                    
09                      (C)  affect the conduct of a unit of government; or                                                
10                      (D)  influence the policy of a private enterprise by intimidation                                  
11            or coercion.
