01 "An Act moving employees of the Alaska mental health trust land unit of the                                             
02 Department of Natural Resources from the partially exempt service to the exempt                                         
03 service."                                                                                                               
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 39.25.110 is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                           
06                 (37)  employees of the Alaska mental health trust land unit established                                 
07       under AS 44.37.050.                                                                                               
08    * Sec. 2.  AS 44.37.050 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                             
09            (b)  The employees of the unit established under this section are in the exempt                              
10       service under AS 39.25.110.                                                                                       
11    * Sec. 3.  AS 39.25.120(c)(17) is repealed.
