01 "An Act changing the date of repeal of a provision authorizing an exemption from and                                    
02 deferral of municipal property taxes on certain types of deteriorated property; and                                     
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  Section 2, ch. 8, SLA 1999, is amended to read:                                                      
06            Sec. 2.  AS 29.45.050(o) is repealed July 1, 2005 [2002].                                                
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
