01 "An Act repealing the exception that applies to collection and payment of interest of                                   
02 $150 or less on royalty or net profit share underpayments and overpayments; and                                         
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 38.05.135(g) is repealed.                                                                         
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
