The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department 06 of Community and Economic Development for renters' tax equivalency payments under 07 AS 29.45.040 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002. 08 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
