00 HOUSE BILL NO. 526 01 "An Act relating to the deadline for filing financial disclosure statements for public 02 members and public member nominees of the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 24.60.210 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 05 (b) Notwithstanding (a) of this section, a public member and a public member 06 nominee of the committee shall file an annual report with the Alaska Public Offices 07 Commission, covering the previous calendar year, containing the disclosures required 08 by AS 24.60.200, on or before the second Monday in January of each year.
