01 "An Act naming the Trooper Hans-Peter Lothar Roelle Memorial Weigh Station and                                          
02 the Officer Justin Todd Wollam Memorial Bike Trail; and providing for an effective                                      
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding new sections to read:                                                  
06            Sec. 35.40.150.  Trooper Hans-Peter Lothar Roelle Memorial Weigh                                           
07       Station.  The northbound weigh station at mile 10.6 of the Glenn Highway is named                               
08       the Trooper Hans-Peter Lothar Roelle Memorial Weigh Station.                                                      
09            Sec. 35.40.155.  Officer Justin Todd Wollam Memorial Bike Trail.  The                                      
10       Glenn Highway bike trail is named the Officer Justin Todd Wollam Memorial Bike                                    
11       Trail.                                                                                                            
12    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
