01 "An Act changing the date of repeal of a provision authorizing an exemption from and                                    
02 deferral of municipal property taxes on certain types of deteriorated property; and                                     
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 2, ch. 8, SLA 1999,                        
06 is amended to read:                                                                                                     
07            Sec. 2.  AS 29.45.050(o) is repealed July 1, 2006 [2002].                                                
08    * Sec. 2.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                         
09 read:                                                                                                                   
10       CONDITIONAL RETROACTIVITY.  If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2002, it is                                   
11 retroactive to June 30, 2002.                                                                                           
12    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
