01 "An Act relating to conduct directed at a school employee as an aggravating factor for                                  
02 criminal sentencing purposes."                                                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 12.55.155(c) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
05                 (30)  the defendant knowingly directed the conduct constituting the                                     
06       offense at a school employee during or because of the exercise of official duties.
