01 "An Act designating a portion of the Eagle River Loop Road as the Eagle River                                           
02 Veterans' Memorial Highway."                                                                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40.035 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (d)  In Eagle River, the portion of the Eagle River Loop Road between the                                    
06       Anchorage Regional Landfill and Eagle River Road is concurrently designated as the                                
07       Eagle River Veterans' Memorial Highway.
