03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 29.35.110 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (b)  Use of borough revenues from a sales tax levied upon room rentals for a                                 
06       tourism marketing campaign is not subject to (a) of this section.
