01 "An Act repealing the exemptions from state law relating to the sale and use of                                         
02 TBT-based marine antifouling paints; and providing for an effective date."                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 46.03.715(d) is repealed.                                                                         
05    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect January 1, 2002.
