01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Commission on Aging; and                                           
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(10)is amended to read:                                                               
05   (10)  Alaska Commission on Aging (AS 44.21.200) -- June 30,  2004                                                  
06 [2000];                                                                                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
