01 "An Act permitting a physical fitness facility or gymnasium to limit public                                             
02 accommodation to only males or only females."                                                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 18.80.230 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05  (b)  Notwithstanding (a) of this section, a physical fitness facility or gymnasium                                    
06 may limit public accommodation to only males or only females.
