01 "An Act authorizing an advisory vote on long-range fiscal plans."                                                       
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  At the next general election, the lieutenant governor shall place before the                         
04 qualified voters of the state three questions advisory to the legislature and the governor.  The                        
05 questions shall appear on the ballot in the following form:                                                             
06 Q U E S T I O N S                                                                                                       
07 (1)  Should the state adopt a permanent fund long-range fiscal                                                        
08 plan?

10 (2)  Should the state adopt an income tax and permanent fund                                                          
11 long-range fiscal plan?
