01 "An Act naming the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building."                                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04  Sec. 35.40.120.  Terry Miller Legislative Office Building.  The building in                                         
05 Juneau known as Capital School is named the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building.                                   
06    * Sec. 2.  The legislative council shall prepare and install an appropriate plaque dedicating                      
07 the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building in memory of Terry Miller.                                                 
08    * Sec. 3.  The legislative council shall prepare and install an appropriate plaque on the                          
09 Terry Miller Legislative Office Building honoring the history of the building as a community                            
10 school for many decades.  The historic information shall be provided by the Juneau Douglas                              
11 City Museum.
