01 "An Act making an appropriation for construction and renovation of the                                                  
02 University of Alaska, Anchorage Consortium Library Facility; and providing for                                          
03 an effective date."                                                                                                     
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  The sum of $30,470,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                  
06 University of Alaska for construction and renovation of the University of Alaska, Anchorage                             
07 Consortium Library Facility.                                                                                            
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                            
09 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
