01 "An Act naming the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport; and providing                                           
02 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05  Sec. 35.40.130.  Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  The state-                                           
06 owned and state-operated international airport at Anchorage is named the Ted Stevens                                    
07 Anchorage International Airport.                                                                                        
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 8, 2000.
