01 "An Act relating to a municipal property tax limitation; and providing for an                                           
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 29.45.080(a), 29.45.080(c), 29.45.080(d), 29.45.090(b)(2), 29.45.090(c)(2);                       
05 and AS 43.56.010(c) are repealed.                                                                                       
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect January 1, 2001.
