01 "An Act repealing the statutory bars to the State of Alaska's prosecution of a                                          
02 criminal act that resulted in a conviction or acquittal by the United States,                                           
03 another state, or territory."                                                                                           
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  AS 11.71.310 and AS 12.20.010 are repealed.
