01 "An Act relating to mobile home dealers."                                                                               
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 08.67.080(1) is amended to read:                                                                  
04   (1)  "dealer" means a person who is engaged in the business of buying,                                               
05 selling, or dealing in new  mobile homes or in new and  [OR] used mobile homes , but                                 
06 does not include a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, or dealing                                        
07 only in used mobile homes ;
