01 "An Act exempting individuals who provide ski patrol services on a voluntary                                            
02 basis from the requirement for payment of minimum wage and overtime                                                     
03 compensation; and providing for an effective date."                                                                     
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  AS 23.10.055 is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                           
06   (17)  an individual who provides ski patrol services on a voluntary basis.                                           
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
