01 "An Act relating to the taking of antlerless moose."                                                                    
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.780 is repealed and reenacted to read:                                                      
04  Sec. 16.05.780.  Taking of antlerless moose.  The board may adopt a                                                 
05 regulation effective for up to two consecutive regulatory years permitting the taking                                   
06 of antlerless moose in a game management unit or subunit if, after receiving notice of                                  
07 the intent of the board to consider adoption of the regulation, a majority of the active                                
08 local fish and game advisory committees with jurisdiction for the area where the                                        
09 regulation would apply does not object in writing to the proposed regulation.
