03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(4) is amended to read:                                                               
05  (4)  Alaska Public Utilities Commission (AS 42.05.010) -- June 30,  2001                                            
06 [1999];                                                                                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
