02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(10) is amended to read:                                                              
04   (10)  Board of Marine Pilots (AS 08.62.010) -- June 30,  2004  [1999];
