01 "An Act naming the pedestrian underpass at Montana Creek on the Parks                                                   
02 Highway as Shelby's Way."                                                                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05  Sec. 35.40.120.  Shelby's Way.  The pedestrian underpass (Department of                                             
06 Transportation and Public Facilities project number 53865) at Montana Creek at mile                                     
07 96.5 of the George Parks Highway is named Shelby's Way.
