01 "An Act providing for the repeal of the termination date of the current law                                             
02 regarding subsistence use of fish and game; repealing the effective date of secs.                                       
03 3 and 5, ch. 1, SSSLA 1992; and providing for an effective date."                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  Sections 3 and 5, ch. 1, SSSLA 1992, are repealed.                                                   
06    * Sec. 2.  Section 12, ch. 1, SSSLA 1992,  as amended by sec. 3, ch. 68, SLA 1995, sec. 3,                         
07 ch. 130, SLA 1996, and sec. 1, ch. 109, SLA 1997, is repealed.                                                          
08    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
