01 "An Act relating to the contracts of state agencies with certain entities established                                   
02 under or covered by federal law."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 36.30.850(b) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
05   (38)  contracts between an agency and the Prince William Sound Oil                                                   
06 Spill Recovery Institute established under 33 U.S.C. 2731, a regional citizens' advisory                                
07 council established under 33 U.S.C. 2732(d), or an alternative voluntary advisory group                                 
08 established under or covered by 33 U.S.C. 2732(o).
