01 "An Act exempting certain seasonal employees of recreational residential youth                                          
02 camps from minimum wage and overtime wage requirements."                                                                
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 23.10.055 is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                           
05   (17)  an individual employed by a recreational residential youth camp                                                
06 operated by a nonprofit organization if the individual's employment at the camp is                                      
07 seasonal.
